Cutting

Oxy-fuel cutting and plasma cutting for steel sheet up to 150mm-thick.

Construction assembly

Oversize test benches to assemble parts manufactured to customer specifications.

Welding

Welding sources include pulsed arc-welding and submerged arc-welding systems.
Welding carried out by qualified, well trained personnel in compliance with ASME-EN standards.

Preparation

CMI performs pre-processing of items in-house: drilling, milling, bending, chamfering, lathing, expanding.

Bending

Bending rolls which work various thickness up to 35mm x2500mm.

Sandblasting

Preparing surfaces by sandblasting provides cleaning level as required by customers.

Painting

Shot blasting station: 1,8×1,8×2,4m. Application of rustproof base as per customer specifications, paint coating table:6x4m.
